Ok working on friday is a happy feeling haha.... You know that its the end of the week already haha... So gd... yeah!... But then again it would signify that next week is approaching.

got the photos developed yesterday so started to work on it today hope i can get it completed soon haha...

I realised 1 thing suddenly, as in i recalled this feeling of feeling gd.
Cos the other time I think it was like september last year I went for a course that i spent a grand on it.
I realised that feeling gd is all abt choices...
I soon realised it after abt a year...
cos i was feeling so bad last weekend and the beginning of the week,
because I had been complaining and complaining and
feeling so sorry about myself for working so hard and doing so many things,
then I complained more... even my nick was kinda depressing.
I get that does it, its a vicious cycle the more i harp at it the more i sink into the depression zone.
WTF man...
then suddenly I felt better, it was Wednesday i think i went for tuition, then i talked to Nizhen,
toking to her seems to cure me of my depression haha... so happy.
dunno why i am on cloud nine.... Aniwae if i am happy that's all it matters.
then i started feeling gd and the more i feel gd the happier i am and the more ben qian I have to feel gd...

Ok it took me 1 yr to really put into effect and understand what i had learnt from a year ago.
I think the self help books did help.
elieve me even if you think its all part of a ploy and you are cheating yourself by making urself happy, in a false manner.
Then think again... can happiness be in a false manner it cannot even be bought by money what makes you think you can fake it especially its to urself.
I am not asking you to show happiness to others. its yourself that matters.
In other words, you are actually genuinely happy. There is not cheating in any way.
I think nobody will understand that because i don't either. Heck!

Ok that 1 grand was well spent i think haha... at least I believe it is--->there i am cheating myself so i can be happier<----- this is a example.
