Cool right that is exactly what I had been trying to say yesterday.
You must change you state of mind psycho yourself, in that way you will really feel happy.

Ok Last working Saturday. YEah! Next Saturday i would be at home sleeping. So cool haha.
Schedule for the day:
9.00 - 13.00 Office working
13.00 - 14.30 traveling and having lunch
14.30 - 17.30 Teach tuition at Nizhen's house to her brother and her cousin
17.30 - 18.30 travelling back home
19.00 - Have dinner and maybe do survey.

I mean survey will become a major source of income for me when i quit my job so gotta do lor.
I will still have my tuition.
Not sure if the indian family is still interested in my services.
Nevermind i will still get my tuition coming up.
Called up qt a few agencies liao, and also Jing Liang's company.
If i don't get a favourable area near my house and a gd rate I won't even bother to take it up.
I mean what for, torture myself and let the agency earn the 1st month.
Stupid right, then in the end you quit after the 2nd month,
the time you put in will not be equivalent to the monetary gains you receive.
I mean you must be practical man.
When you are trying to make money out of something
you've got to tell the other party and you won't accept anything lower.
If you don't get the amount you want, you get stress,
then you do other things to get you the money.
Then you don't give up the current offer, it becomes a liability.
Then you don't feel like doing it well and of course you don't do it well.
It looks bad on you. So at the end of the day, you got nothing out of it.
So in the 1st place, you shouldn't have taken it up, do you agree?
